1) General Clerk
Responsibilities :
- Assist in support function including record updating, information processing, month end closing, general & admin matter, documentation & filling.
- To do data entry receiving / issuing / transfering in UBS system.
- Prepare and maintain related report & records.
- Support other department on data and information issues.
- 2 jobs vacancy are available ( Purchasing Department / HR Department ).
2) Purchaser
Responsibilities :
- To assist in sourcing and purchasing materials of right quality, right time, at the right price and from the right source.
- To liaise with plant on raw material and etc stock to ensure zero stock out, production down time and over stock situation.
- To comply with company procedures and guidelines towards effectiveness of controls and quality of documents.
- Able to follow instruction. Good team spirit and work in perfect coordination with others.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary / SPM / STPM / Pre-U, any field.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Must computer literate.
- Experience not necessary.
- On job training will be provide.
